Luxury Yacht Parties specializes in offering events on board and yacht chartering services. We provide:
To book a service, you must provide accurate and complete information. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made 30 days before the event. We accept payments via bank transfer and live pay system.
Cancellations made 60 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund of 50%.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other safety concerns. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the use of our services unless caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
Clients must comply with all yacht safety instructions and regulations. Any damage caused by clients or their guests will be the client’s responsibility and may incur additional charges.
Illegal activities, including drug use and underage drinking, are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if prohibited activities are detected.
We collect personal information to process bookings and improve our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, Athens. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, Athens.
