The largest yachts attending the Monaco Yacht Show 2025

The highlight of the superyacht calendar, every year the Monaco Yacht Show attracts the latest and greatest builds from around the world. Over 40 entries in the 50-metre-plus range have already been confirmed, with the show set to return to Port Hercule from 24 to 27 September.

In a last-minute twist, the 107-metre Mar has joined the line-up – eclipsing the 90.1-metre Nero, which became the frontrunner following the exciting news of Breakthrough‘s sale – to become the largest yacht attending this year. BOAT takes a closer look at the biggest yachts both in the port and at anchor, from timeless replicas to cutting-edge explorers…

Mar

Length: 107m
Builder: Benetti

Delivered in 2020 as LanaMar is one of the largest yachts ever built by the Italian yard and will be the biggest in attendance this year. Designed entirely in-house, she offers palatial interiors with ceiling heights of up to 2.7 metres and accommodation for 16 guests in eight cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite with private balconies. Standout features include a heated infinity pool on the sundeck, a beach club, a wellness centre with Hammam and beauty salon, plus a touch-and-go helipad.

Nero

Length: 90.1m
Builder: Corsair Yachts

Delivered in 2007, Nero is an exact replica of JP Morgan’s famed 1930s Corsair IV – blending classic lines with modern comforts. Commissioned by British entrepreneur Neil Taylor, her sweeping sheer, clipper bow and yellow funnel make her one of the most recognisable superyachts afloat. Multiple refits, including works by Laura Pomponi in 2016 and 2021, have updated her interiors with a lighter, contemporary palette while retaining the vessel’s retro soul. Standout features include a six-metre swimming pool, gym, beauty salon and a sundeck that can host open-air movie nights.

Luna

Length: 90m
Builder: Oceanco

Famed for her shark-like exterior by Luiz De Basto, Oceanco’s Luna is set to make her second appearance at the Monaco Yacht Show. She caught the judges’ attention at the 2019 World Superyacht Awards, a year after her delivery in 2018, for the 400-square-metre darkened glass panels which adorn her profile, alongside her shapely wing stations and mast, “like a dorsal fin”, according to the designer. Her interiors are just as noteworthy, with a bright colour palette paired with visual themes from nature. It was for these reasons and more that Luna was a “deserving winner” of the Motor Yacht of the Year Award – and has been iconic ever since.

Here Comes the Sun

Length: 89m
BuilderAmels

Commissioned by a repeat Amels client with a penchant for The Beatles, Here Comes the Sun was delivered in 2017 as the flagship of the Dutch yard’s fleet. Her mammoth 2,955GT interior volume and design by yachting royalty Tim Heywood and Andrew Winch brought her instant acclaim – but in 2021, the custom superyacht was brought back into the spotlight with a comprehensive refit. Works included a six-metre stern extension courtesy of Azure Naval Architects, the addition of a second helipad, an interior revamp, and a full repaint, all of which clinched her the win for Best Rebuilt Yacht at the 2022 World Superyacht Awards.

Valor

Length: 79.5m
Builder: Feadship

Launched this May, Valor marks the Dutch yard’s latest entry into the explorer yacht genre, joining the likes of Shinkai and Moonshadow. The steel-hulled, high-volume build was commissioned by a repeat Feadship client and is equipped with a two-metre ice belt above and below the waterline, achieving a Bureau Veritas Young Ice 2 notation that can “easily fulfil [the owner’s] dream” of transiting the Northwest Passage. This is complemented by heat exchangers that can recycle and capture latent energy, allowing Valor to manage severe Arctic conditions.

Admiral 78M

Length: 77.5m
BuilderAdmiral – The Italian Sea Group

Launched in January, this new Admiral is tied with Platinum as the Italian yard’s largest superyacht to date. A lithium polymer battery allows the superyacht to anchor silently (and without emissions), though her distinctive Sinot exterior and aqua blue hull will still make her an easy spot in Monaco. Other key features include a six-metre swimming pool, a spa, dive area, gym and a touch-and-go helipad for easy access to and from shore.

Admiral 78M is being displayed by The Italian Sea Group.

Energy

Length: 77.8m
Builder: Amels

Tasked with a brief to “defy convention and find ways to connect with the ocean”, naval architect Espen Øino and interior designer François Zuretti came together to create Energy. The design duo first worked together on Blohm & Voss’ 74.5-metre Eco, now Zeus, with Martin Francis in the 1980s. The superyacht has an impressive volume of 2,885GT which houses accommodation for 14 guests, an upper deck aft pool, a spacious gym, a large beach club with spa and a glass elevator, to name a few.

Energy is being displayed by Fraser and Burgess.

Boardwalk

Length: 76.5m
Builder: Feadship

Boardwalk was commissioned by serial owner Tilman Fertitta, the billionaire CEO of Landry’s and owner of the NBA’s Houston Rockets, who worked closely with designer Amy Halffman to bring his vision to life. Loosely modelled on his previous yacht, a Westport 164, with interiors inspired by his flagship hospitality project (the five-star Post Oak Hotel in Houston), this luxuriant Feadship comes with a truly impressive list of custom features. This includes a 2.7-metre by six-metre pool, a helipad, a massage room, a bespoke wine cellar and six feature bars where guests can sample the 120-odd bottles on board.

Lady Estey

Length: 67m
Builder: Benetti

The second of Benetti’s flagship B.Now 67M series, Lady Estey sets herself apart from sistership Iryna with several personalised touches, including a custom rectangular elevator, a guest staircase constructed in marble and glass, widened guest corridors and two custom pools. Other standout features include a full lower-deck gym and spa area – complete with sauna, steam room and treatment room – an opulent main deck saloon with a full grand piano, and an upper deck entirely dedicated to the owner. Exterior design is owed to British studio RWD, with Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design selected for the “Gatsby-style” interiors.

Lady Estey is on display with Benetti.

Lady Marina

Length: 64m
Builder: Feadship

Explorer credentials meet Feadship pedigree on board Lady Marina. Commissioned as a long-range cruising yacht with family in mind, the superyacht has veteran studios Studio De Voogt and Donald Starkey to thank for her classic exterior and interior design. A certified helideck sets her apart from others her size – for quick island hops or VIP transfers, few yachts under 70 metres can match her functionality. Other highlights include not one, but two Jacuzzis and an “oriental-inspired” owner’s suite with a private office.

O’Madeleine

Length: 60m
Builder: Golden Yachts

Fresh from the yard, O’Madeleine began construction in 2022, according to BOATPro, following a custom commission. The 60-metre superyacht was designed by an all-Italian team and longstanding Golden Yachts collaborators, with Massari Design curating the interiors, while Studio Vafiadis designed the exterior, guest suites, and the bridge. Her interiors were developed “in close collaboration with the owner”, featuring soft, sculptural furniture and leather ceiling vaults.

O’Madeleine is being displayed by Golden Yachts.

Alfa G

Length: 60m
Builder: Oceanco

A World Superyacht Awards winner, Alfa G‘s “exceptionally high quality”, 20-million-euro refit received much acclaim from the judges – particularly as it was completed in a mere nine months. Her cool new black paint job is a fitting complement to her new monochrome, art deco-inspired interiors by Alexandre Thiriat, described as a display of “restrained richness”. Another highlight is her spectacular swimming pool with high-tech counter-current training system and Jacuzzi function, surrounded by plush sunpads for languid days at sea.

IDyllic

Builder: Benetti
Length: 59.3m

IDyllic was delivered in 2008 as one of nine 59M models from Italian yard Benetti. A nine-month refit in 2022 massively modernised the traditional yacht, with the scope of work best represented in the upper saloon. Everything was replaced, from the furniture to the lighting fixtures and the ceiling itself. The lounge features an ornate cocktail bar, games table and a large flatscreen television, alongside direct access to an al fresco dining area. Accommodation is across six cabins, including a full-beam, split-level owner’s suite with its own office and private, panoramic lounge.

Aelia

BuilderBenetti
Length: 55.9m

Aelia was first delivered in 2015, constructed in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Benetti to an in-house design. Almost 10 years later, in 2024, she emerged from a €4 million interior refit, reimagined by Studio Vafiadis, with her new 988GT interiors “bathed in natural light” with “sophisticated design elements” including polished warm woods and rich leathers. Accommodation is provided for a party of 12 guests in eight cabins, including two master cabins on the upper deck, while amenities include a massage room, gym and a cinema, all accessible via a lift which serves her four decks.
