The sound of waves in the background, the gentle rocking of the boat, and an autumn full moon reflected in the water. No, this isn’t a scene from a Tim Burton movie. It’s our Halloween dinner—an evening that combines the mystique of the spooky season with the high aesthetics of fine dining, you can choose one of our fleet of beautiful yachts to enjoy your special dinner .
The setting? Absolutely cinematic. Black dominates. In stark contrast, the art de la table is mesmerizing: silver cutlery, porcelain family heirloom plates, and heavy carved candlesticks. Pumpkins and stone skulls with delicate candles complete the theatricality of the setting.
In the center of the scene, champagne chills in a silver champagne bucket—accompanied by two skulls. A detail that may bring a shiver, but also a smile.
In the world of gastronomy, events, and food styling, tablescape is what transforms a dinner into a holistic sensory experience, composing a well-designed theatrical setting.
And somewhere here begins the culinary magic: the “dark” dishes of this mystical dinner…Inspired by our partner Aria Catering!
“Cheeses on a platter.” It could be the title of a painting: Roquefort, black lemon gouda, and goat cheese with poppy seeds on a silver carved platter; red grapes, purple endives, seasonal pomegranates and fruits, served scenically, like a dark work of art. Next to them is the tart, which, with its eccentric appearance, becomes the attraction of the evening! With crispy pastry and a rich filling of finely chopped beef cheeks, pine nuts, and raisins.

Next dish: Pumpkin soup with ginger and turmeric in cute little green pumpkins, proving that Halloween can be not only spooky but also cozy.

For the main course, we served a beef tenderloin on a bed of vegetables, all in shades of purple: Peruvian potatoes, cauliflower, Swiss chard, endives, and purple sun carrots.
When it comes to drinks, Aria Catering’s creativity really took off! The “Spider egg” martini, with tapioca pearls dipped in sugar syrup, resembles a magic potion, while the Bloodycherry combines autumnal aromas with classic elegance and an extra golden touch (cherry-infused vodka, dry vermouth, and edible gold dust). For the more adventurous, there is the “Rat’s tail” cocktail with beetroot, deep red like blood, but with a flavor that balances earthiness and sweetness.
We saved the themed dessert for last. Mirror glaze skull cake. Glossy black fondant on the outside, with sponge cake and forest fruits on the inside.
